How much is it to hire a neon sign?
Our prices vary depending on the sign and size, however, jump over to our hire range and you can see all the prices there.

How long can I hire a neon sign for?
Our hire period is for up to 5 days. You can collect your neon from Pitt Town from Thursday and must return it by Tuesday, alternatively we can deliver for an extra cost. Pricing is the same even if you only wish to hire the sign for 3 days.

How do I hang my neon sign?
You can hang your neon off anything whether it be a backdrop or not. You can use the cable ties provided or fishing line.

Custom

What colours can I choose from?
Shine Bright offers 20 different colours to choose from. Our neon signs are white when not turned on, however, you can choose to customise the colour of your sign when not turned on with a colour jacket.

How long do I have to wait for a custom neon sign?
Our turn around time is 2-3 weeks from the day your order is placed.

How long will my neon sign last?
Our neon signs are designed to make your years ahead bright with each lasting an average of 50,000 hours!

Do I need a remote & dimmer for my neon sign?
Shine Bright will provide you with a remote and dimmer at no extra cost.

How do I hang my neon sign?
Our neon signs are incredibly easy to install! They are lightweight and have predrilled holes for when mounting to the wall, all you will need is a screwdriver and the screws and or the wire that are provided and your sign is ready to go.

Does my sign have warranty?
Shine Bright offers an 18 month warranty on all neon signs, however, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on our neons so we ask that you please choose carefully. If your sign arrives damaged we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos and we will advise of next steps.
